Report on seminar attended on 24th Feb’23.
On 24th February 2023 three Teachers of Christ Church School viz Ms. Patricia Andrews, Ms. Babita Andrades and Ms. Fatema Dilawer attended a seminar on Waste Management conducted by Mr. Ajay Rajput who runs an NGO ‘Global Green Resonance Foundation’. The talk was held at the ‘E’ Ward, BMC building Byculla. It lasted for an hour and gave an insight into the various strategies to be adopted to collect and recycle waste. The resource person stressed the need to create awareness on the need of waste management right from the students of the kindergarten level. Schools are the best place to start the process and the young children must be taught the importance of managing waste in the correct way. The seminar was informative and interactive and an enriching one indeed. We hope to put it into practice in our school. Ms. Patricia Andrews
