“Swachhata Pakhwada” as a part of “Swachhta Abhiyan” was initiated, with the objective of bringing a fortnight of intense focus on the issues and practices of Swachhata-meaning Cleanliness. To support this great initiative of government and to create awareness about the need for cleanliness, students of IGCSE Year I made comic strips and cartoon posters.
Attractive and colorful wet-dry dustbins were made by students using materials like used carton boxes, newspapers, and cardboards thereby demonstrating the importance of disposal of wet and dry waste separately. We hope that through such awareness activities and hard work, we help our nation make steady progress.
