Report on Salvation Army Home Visit (Afternoon Shift)

Christ Church School observed the Joy of Giving Week from 3rd October, 2022 to 7th October, 2022. Our students contributed ration, grocery, toiletries and so on generously in this week. The members of the Junior Red Cross helped in packing these items for various Homes. One such home was the Salvation Army Home at Sankli Street, Byculla. The Afternoon shift students of Classes 6, 7 and 8 visited the orphan girls at Aruna Children’s Shelter and senior citizens (men) at Home for the Aged. The students interacted with the young girls and the senior citizens which was followed by the distribution of toiletries and snacks. It was a memorable day for all of us as we witnessed happy smiles on all their faces.
